We request you make two payments for the final balance, one to pay for the remaining cost of the beef, and one to pay our processor.
For the final balance we accept Venmo or Cash payment only for new customers. For repeat customers we do accept Check payment for the final balance.
For the processing fee you can pay with Cash, Check, or Credit Card when you pickup your order.
Total cost before processing will be approx. $2,500-$3,000 depending on hanging weight (deposit will be deducted from the total to get your final payment amount).
Because each customer creates their own cutting order, some preferences may be more expensive causing price to fluctuate.
