Approximate cut and packaged weight of 90-110lbs (this can fluctuate depending on the size of each beef)
Requires a freezer approximately 7-8 cubic feet
Will supply a family of 4 for 3 months on average.
Ground Beef: 40-50lbs (Any roast you do not want can be ground into more hamburger which would make it closer to 60 lbs or if you keep more of your roasts you’ll end up closer to 40 lbs)
Cuts: 50-60lbs. Avg.
4-5 NY Strips & 4-5 Filets/Tenderloins (Can be done as T-Bone Steaks on half (buy 2) or whole (buy 4) shares)
4-6 Ribeye Steaks
2-4 Top Sirloin Steaks
2-3 Packages Stew Meat
2-3 Chuck Roast
1 Sirloin Tip Roast
1 Shoulder Roast
1 Rump Roast
1-2 Packages Beef Short Ribs (3-4 ribs per package)
1 Brisket
2 Packages Soup Bone
*Steaks are cut 1″ thick and 2 steaks per package. Sirlion steaks are 1 per package. Roast are 2lb packages.

For the deposit we accept Venmo or Check payment. After checkout you will get instructions on how to make the deposit payment.
Within 5 days of delivery to the processor your remaining balance is due.
We request you make two payments for the final balance, one to pay for the remaining cost of the beef, and one to pay our processor.
For the final balance we accept Venmo or Cash payment only for new customers. For repeat customers we do accept Check payment for the final balance.
For the processing fee you can pay with Cash, Check, or Credit Card when you pickup your order.
Total cost before processing will be approx. $1,050-$1,200 depending on hanging weight (deposit will be deducted from the total to get your final payment amount).
Because each customer creates their own cutting order, some preferences may be more expensive causing price to fluctuate.
